If you have a complaint about air, water, noise or waste pollution you can, in the first instance, report it to your local authority. If the source of your complaint is licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency you can make a formal complaint to the Office of Environmental Enforcement (OEE), which is a division of the EPA. Head quartered in Wexford, there are OEE enforcement units in Dublin, Cork and Mayo.
