Tax Appeals Commissioners
If you are unhappy with a decision made by an Inspector of Taxes, which you feel is wrong, you may appeal to the Tax Appeals Commissioners within 30 days of making a complaint to your Inspector of Taxes. If you are unhappy with the result from the Appeals Commissioner's decision you may take the matter to the Circuit Court.
